Cousins Mark Tahiliani and Matteo Carlucci both from Syracuse, Sicily had a vision to provide their family with wholesome 1oo% organic fruits and vegetables. Their dream was started in 1987 when they took 300 acres of farm pasture and converted into the a leading organic gardens. For us, working with the soil has always been an expression of values and ideals: truth, beauty and goodness. Truth – discovering predictable patterns and laws of the universe while observing and enjoying the cause and effects of our creative actions; Beauty – the art of using patterns in garden design, and working with living plants as a medium for creativity; and Goodness – sharing the bounty from our gardens with others.
